About Contour Airlines
Contour Airlines offers a premium alternative to standard regional flying. We operate a fleet of Embraer regional jets outfitted with only 30 seats, meaning every single passenger enjoys first-class legroom. We focus on connecting underserved communities with a highly personalized, boutique airline experience. If you are looking for aviation jobs where you can take complete ownership of the cabin and truly connect with your passengers, Contour is the perfect fit.
Job Summary
As a Boutique Regional Attendant, you will be the sole flight attendant on board our Embraer aircraft. This requires exceptional confidence, strong leadership, and an inherent passion for hospitality. You will manage the entire passenger experience from boarding to deplaning, providing complimentary premium snacks and beverages while acting as the solitary safety commander for up to 30 passengers.
Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Solo Safety Authority: Take full, independent responsibility for the safety of the aircraft cabin. Conduct all passenger briefings, secure the cabin for takeoff/landing, and command any emergency situations without backup.
- Personalized Hospitality: Deliver a boutique service experience. Because of the small passenger count, you have the time to learn names, anticipate needs, and provide a remarkably personal touch.
- Ground Logistics Coordination: Work closely with gate agents and pilots at small, regional airports to ensure rapid turnarounds and perfect weight and balance compliance.
- Inventory & Cabin Detailing: Independently manage the restocking of the onboard galley and ensure the cabin remains immaculate between rapid flight segments.
Exceptional Employee Benefits
- Boutique Lifestyle: Enjoy the pride of working for a niche brand that values personalized service over mass transportation.
- Interline Agreements: Access excellent standby travel benefits on major mainline partners to explore the world on your time off.
- Comprehensive Package: Enjoy competitive regional pay, health insurance, and retirement planning options.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Unwavering independence and the confidence to manage a commercial aircraft cabin completely solo.
- A deeply ingrained sense of hospitality and the ability to interact warmly with a diverse regional clientele.
